Located near the center of town, steps to the beach as well as the Boatslip, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Flyer's is right behind the house where you can rent a boat or kayak to explore Ptown. Parking for 1 car directly on Commercial St. Deck on back facing water. Wood floors throughout and 2 gas fireplaces. Fast wifi, 46' LCD TV with Bose speaker system, ipod/iphone dock in each bedroom. 3 queen beds with memory foam mattresses. Rainforest shower/heated floors in both bathrooms. Newly renovated addition and expanded deck built in 2013. Additional 2 smart LED TVs in bedrooms. New washer/dryer.

Summary: An absolutely perfect ptown stay! Eddie’s place is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and conveniently located. My friends and I enjoyed spending time on the large patio before walking to our fave spots on and around commercial st. Eddie was also a very knowledgeable and gracious host, making a point to chat on the phone ahead of our trip to give our group the lay of the land which was so sweet of him! Will be back again and again!
